Please fill out your profile so we know best how to respond to you. In the absence of that, I am responding in English, as from the questions I assume Spanish is not your primary language, and English is my only other option. You list Belgium in one place, so I recognize English may not be your primary either.

You have posted some questions or statements that do not indicate what you are looking for. Generally if these are your homework questions, no one is going to answer them for you- you need to provide an answer and then if someone is able, they may choose to help correct it. If you are looking for corrections on the statements you wrote, then you need to explain that.
Since you're talking about Spain, I think you'll find interesting the fact that we don't refer to "homework" and "school" as "tarea" or "escuela", but as "deberes" and "colegio".
The more you know xD.
Are you hoping Spanish speakers from Spain will answer?
Please add your level of Spanish and English.

A dish typical in winter is cocido.[madrileño]
