Usually Mardle comes by and answers these, she is so polite at doing so. Since she has not:
Welcome to the Forum.
Please fill out your profile so we know best how to respond to you. In the absence of that, I am responding in English, as from the questions I assume Spanish is not your primary language, and English is my only other option. You list Belgium in one place, so I recognize English may not be your primary either.

(2) We do not do your homework for you. If you completed your profile as indicated, you have to make an attempt at completing you homework or assignment and then we may correct it for you.
You have posted some questions or statements that do not indicate what you are looking for. Generally if these are your homework questions, no one is going to answer them for you- you need to provide an answer and then if someone is able, they may choose to help correct it. If you are looking for corrections on the statements you wrote, then you need to explain that.
Hi Pauline
I am on my tablet at the moment so cannot easily add links. I will try to add some later.
We have had a number of questions about cultural life in Spain from some female students in Belgium.
Can you add your level of Spanish and English to your profile? I remember they were more advanced in English than Spanish. I certainly know when I have been to Belgium many people spoke English beautifully. My aunt lived there for a number of years. She was fluent in French, Italian and English but found Flemish more difficult.
Back to your question, I have seen programmes about this including one in English by Rick Stein.
My understanding is that fish is very popular for Christmas Eve. I know that turrón a type of nougat is very popular during the Christmas time. I have tried one from Alicante but this Christmas I tried one called ' yerma' made from egg yolks which my Spanish teacher from Barcelona loves and which my local deli run by someone from Barcelona sells.
The Spanish celebrate the Feast of the kings on 6th January which is the traditional day for presents. They make a cake called Roscon.
I hope the above helps and suggest you search the internet.
One place with lots of interesting articles is on the paper El País, there are also some videos. You want to search for El comidista. Mikel Lopez has a good speaking style.
I don't know your level of Spanish. You could try the site of the language school Don Quijote which has lots of information about the culture in Spain.
