My suggestion would be to:

1-First read the rules of this site. http://www.spanishdict.com/answers/271703/ten-new-simple-rules-for-new-members-posting-on-sd.-they-are-here-to-help-us-learn

Focus on:

Do your own homework. Homework questions will only receive help if you try to answer first.

Then:

2- Determine what the question is asking. Our translator would be a good start: http://www.spanishdict.com/translation If you put it in with the accent on qué, and the questions marks:

¿Qué necesitas para la apertura de clases?

and press the show other translations, you should at least get an idea.

3- Figure out what your answer is in English.

4- Try your best to translate your answer to Spanish. Again the translate and dictionary functions may be of help.

5- If you are not sure about your final result, you can post it here and someone may give an opinion.

Are you taking a class? If so what textbook are you using?
We don't do homework for you but we do help you to learn. Learning does imply some effort on your part. Check your book for the conjugation of "necesitar", get the "yo" form then check out the rest of the words in the vocabulary of your lesson, and you'll come up with an answer. Post it here (by editing your original question) and I or someone else will make any necessary corrections.

Also, filling out your profile will help us greatly to help you,

Good luck.
