Please check my translation if it's correct?

I'd appreciate if you could help me translate the following sentences in Spanish:

"I finally have some free time. I just finished taking a big examination, and I'm so relieved that I'm done with it."

Is this correct?

Por fin tengo algo de tiempo libre . Acabo de terminar de tomar un examen grande, y estoy tan aliviado de que he terminado con ella.

Your translation is OK, but a more natural way would be, ie: Por fin tengo un rato libre. Acabo de tomar un examen intenso y ahora me siento tan aliviado de que lo he terminado.

In Spanish exams are considered masculine, so you should use "él" instead of "ella". Beyond that, your translation is great!
