Type whatever you want to say (welcome; thank you for coming; I would like to introduce my friend Biff) into the translator.

Formal: Bienvenidos. Gracias por venir a esta (fiesta, graduación, ...).
Informal: ¡Qué bueno que vinieron! ¡Me da gusto verlos (amigos, ...)!
There are tons of ways, the thing here is to determine how formal are the people you're inviting/guesting.
