Picture of the Day: So long, and farewell...

I am afraid that this will be the very last Picture of the Day that I post. Due to a number of recent events, I will have neither the time nor energy to be on SpanishDict much at all for the next few months (if not longer), but I would like to thank all of you for your participation over the last year or so. It's been fun, but it unfortunately has to come to an end. Looking forward to seeing who the new poster will be! Until then, hasta la vista!

Hello Everybody! Welcome to the Picture of the Day!

This is a game where we can practice our Spanish and English, but still have fun at the same time!

The rules are very simple and remain more or less exactly as RelaxingCup designed them.

  • Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen tomorrow on the basis of the greatest number of votes as well as the language accuracy.

  • Please, give everyone a chance and only post one caption and no photos.

Please help each other with your English/Spanish sentences. And above all, have fun!

Here is the previous Picture of the Day: Panic Attack!

And here is the Picture of the Day:

A little too much fun at the bachelor party last night?

(Should "demasiado" go after "diversión"?)

I am sure that the adjective 'demasiado' should precede (go before) diversión but I am not sure whether you can say: Un poco de demasiado.I think you would simply either say: demasiado or or possibly , poco demasiado without the preposition 'de' which . - FELIZ77, Apr 19, 2015
Gracias, Feliz. - AnnRon, Apr 19, 2015

odd .I hope this helps - FELIZ77, Apr 19, 2015
The Spanish say: demasiado dinero (that would be a good problem to have! lol) demasiado tiempo, hace demasiado calor etc..I think you get the picture, Ann. ;) :) - FELIZ77, Apr 19, 2015
Ann, I really think that ¿Tenías demasiado diversión en la despedida de soltero, anoche? - FELIZ77, Apr 19, 2015
would be better - FELIZ77, Apr 19, 2015
'a little too much' cannot be translated literally in this sentences I'd say '¿Demasiada diversión...' :) - Pablo064, Apr 20, 2015

Disclamer:This expression only works in English.

He really "fell" for the bride.

The best man, Carlos, 'fell for' (fell in love with) the bride, Patricia, and was determined to kiss her on the lips, but on this occasion, the timing of the action was disastrous! wink

It is a bad omen for a marriage, but it does not matter they can fight for converting it to one good luck.
