Find words related to Fresh & Afresh

Question

The idea is to find an English word (synonym –- antonym related to the words – F R E S H (adjetivo, adverbio)

& A F R E S H (adverbio)

and then write simple sentences in English and Spanish for those words.

Or an unusual use of the word.

Example:

We’re fresh out of milk.

Se nos acaba de terminar la leche.

Maybe I should start learning the Spanish language afresh.

Tal vez debería empezar a aprender el idioma español de nuevo
