Here we se the sad outcome of hundreds of years of dinosaur-evolution. They grew wheels but they didn't have the aptitud to control them.

It should be "El primer ganador de...". Plus: Tour de France = Tour de Francia. :D - RelaxingCup, Oct 29, 2013
I was going for a cross-cultural feel; the Vuelta is, supposedly, to Spain what the TdF is to the French... - elwombato, Oct 29, 2013

"Preferiría un coche, pero no habría sitio para mi cola." Both are conditional in Spanish. You can also say: ".. pero mi cola no cabría". "Caber" means 'to fit' . :) - RelaxingCup, Oct 29, 2013

.

I was trying to convey, "Even dinosaurs prefer a quick trip to a fast food joint over their natural diets."

.

Corrected version.

"Incluso los dinosaurios prefieren una excursión rápida a un restaurante de comida rápida en lugar de sus dietas naturales." would be grammatically okay. If you want it more natural: (continue) - RelaxingCup, Oct 29, 2013
Viajecito (diminutive) implies it's short and you can add "rápido" (implying 5 or 10 minutes). Plus: (continue) - RelaxingCup, Oct 29, 2013
(continuation2) "Preferir una cosa antes que otra" means 'To prefer this than the other'. - RelaxingCup, Oct 29, 2013
Gracias Relaxing, prefiero la frase más natural. - rheit, Oct 29, 2013

"Tyrannosaurus Rex fue descalificado, porque se comió a otro competidor, llamado Lance." You should use "comió" instead of "comía" because it happened once (started and ended) in the past. - RelaxingCup, Oct 30, 2013
You may use "...porque se comía a los demás competidores" if it was happening regularly until they found out. "Concursante" is okay, by the way. :) - RelaxingCup, Oct 30, 2013
@Relaxingcup , I have to go with "comió" because you can only eat Lance once, and I shall keep ,"concursante" also because Lance is always competitive. Thanks mate your a " leyenda ? - ray76, Oct 30, 2013

Some people believe that another bi-pedal species existed long ago, but I think that's just superstition. God put these wheeled things in the rubble to test our faith.
