Hello everyone,

The Picture of the Day. Game for practicing and having fun.

- Guidelines -

Post your comments/titles/captions to this picture (both in Spanish and English) and vote for the responses you like. The best answer will be chosen tomorrow on the basis of the greatest number of votes as well as the language accuracy. ;^)

Remember to correct your posts as suggested. Posts that are not corrected cannot be "accepted".

Please give everyone a chance and only post one caption and no photos.

I will advise on the Spanish part, and I'm still looking for volunteers on the English part.

This is the previous: Picture of the day: Loveman.
(Please correct my English)

But a good face on it, or see life through egg-coloured glasses....

An eggsample of a bad yolk ! - ray76, Oct 21, 2013
I need a little help with this translation. What does the eggs have? She (her face)? - RelaxingCup, Oct 21, 2013
RelaxingCup , it is an expression used in English a lot "The eyes have it" it comes from Parliament when all the members are put to the vote if the vote is in the affirmative , the speaker will say " The ayes have it". - ray76, Oct 21, 2013
It has now morphed into other meanings . Aye meaning yes in Old English - ray76, Oct 21, 2013
If that is not clear enough, "it" in this case is completely undefined-significa algo que la escritora no quiere especificar, y es posible que no pueda . Quizás podría sugerir "Los huevos lo tienen". ???? - bosquederoble, Oct 21, 2013
Not a bad yolk, it is a good joke, mi amiga! - pmikan-pam, Oct 21, 2013
Ok. Now I understand. Thank you, and it's funny! I agree: it should be "Los huevos lo tienen". Thanks rac1 - RelaxingCup, Oct 21, 2013

I hadn't thought of it, but now you mention it.. - annierats, Oct 21, 2013
Maybe: "¡No busques huevos en mis ovarios!". In Spanish "huevo" is not used for 'ovule' so, just for your information, strictly speaking it should be: "¡No busques óvulos en mis ovarios!" but this wouldn't fit well the picture. :) - RelaxingCup, Oct 21, 2013
Thanks Dear. - osas-baby, Oct 22, 2013

What do you mean they are under cooked?

¿Qué quiere decir que están mal cocida?

"¿Qué quieres decir.." or "¿A qué te refieres.."

I have heard about using eggs in order to improve the skin, but I suspect that she did not read the instructions for making an egg face mask well- I always thought one was supposed to use raw eggs.
