In Chile we call/called it "el signo (de) gato" (Tic Tac Toe sign)

In Spain is usually used the word almohadilla.
- En Twitter los hashtags se escriben poniendo una almohadilla delante.

In the specific context of music, it's sostenido when refers to sharp (music).
