When to use "que", and how many things does que mean
I notice that que is used in more then just the beginning of a sentence. Sometimes i see it near the end of a sentence or just somewhere. How do i know when to add que, or not have to add it at all? also how many things does que mean?

That's a huge list of rules Julii pointed you too. Don't try to learn them all at once. Start with 1-3 and when you get those down, add a few more. Over time you'll get most of them down.
But let's be honest here, the truth is learning when to use que (and many other aspects of the language) will come from experience. Once you've done enough reading, writing, listening and talking you will just know.
Here you can see all the uses it has.
Something to remember is that in English some of the words that "que" represents can be omitted in English but not in Spanish.
Example:
The house (that) I live in is at the end of the road.
La casa en que vivo es al final de la carretera.
