How to order coffee in Mexico (in Spanish)

Question

Hi, Could you help me to learn how to order coffee/tea/etc. in Mexico in Spanish? i.e. - café americano black - espresso single - espresso double - iced coffee - cappuccino - tea with teabag in - hot chocolate with/without whipcream

Good luck with ordering the tea with teabag in before they pour the water. I've tried to ask every way I know how, and finally just let them bring the bag, let me open it, then pour the water.... it doesn't steep as well but they usually bring the water pretty hot so it works well enough.
