23APR12 "jestores" o "hestores" I am not sure of the spelling. In Mexico the term refers to people who facilitate bribes. What is the origin of this term? Is it a slang word?

"Un gestor" it is a person who works doing deals for other people, or for organizations. It comes from "gestión", witch is similar to "management".
Maybe some "gestores" are involved in corruption, (that would make doing the deals easier) but that isn't the original meaning.

No it is not a slang term. According to the SpanishDict definition, "gestores" means a fund manager, and I think "fund manager," in addition to its literal definition, could be a euphemism for someone who facilitates bribes.
