I am only going to help you with your English a little. I am a beginner in Spanish, so I will leave that to someone else.

Me and my friends is not correct -- use My friends and I.

Sometimes by foot is not a sentence. A sentence stands by itself. If you just said Sometimes by foot it would make no sense.

So you could say something like My friends and I usually travel by car, but sometimes by foot.

Hola amiga, we say by car, by train, by bus but we always say "on foot" not by foot. - 201286, Apr 13, 2012
Interesting. Thanks. In english 'on foot, or by foot' isn't used very often. Generally you just say we walk. Still, even in Spanish 'Sometimes on foot ' is not a sentence. that is the point I was trying to make. - joeblaine, Apr 13, 2012
More british than american by foot - pacofinkler, Apr 13, 2012

Just to add interest: to travel on foot is the same as to go by Shank's pony.

My friends and I travel by car and sometimes, on foot. Mis amigos y yo, viajamos en coche y a veces andando.
