Amzie, Welcome to the forum! You must use proper puncuation in your posts. It is a rule of this language learning site. Remember, there are people here learning English too. Let's set a good example. - 002262dd, Mar 26, 2012

You can say:

Cuando tenga ganas / Cuando me apetezca Cuando me de la gana (more aggressive) Cuando se me pegue la gana (even more colloquial)

Good explanation franco. I knew better than to say, "Cuando me da la gana" to my mother because she would have hit me with her "chinela" (slipper). - Nilda-Ballardo, Mar 26, 2012

Yes, "cuando tengo ganas lo" would work. You could also say cuando me apetece.

Sorry, "cuando tenga ganas lo" would not work. The "lo" shouldn't be there. If they were saying, "When I feel like it, I'll do it", it would be "Cuando tenga ganas, lo haré"; and that's fine but it can't be ended with just "lo" - Goldie_Miel, Mar 26, 2012

Just another addition:

Cuando se me antoje...

Antojarse
