How do you say: "I changed my mind" en castellano? Can you say: - Cambio mi mente or - Cambio mi opinion?

As far as I know, both of what you said are correct. Others are in the infinitive:

cambiar de idea = change idea

cambiar los planes = change plans

etc.

In this case, in Spanish, one needs to be more specific about what you are changing your thoughts about. When one says "I changed my mind" about "what" did you change, and that should tell you which word is best. The best choice is based on the context.

In the SD dictionary under 'change' - 'cambio' it said that 'change my mind' is "cambio de opinión' o 'cambio de idea'.

I doubt it's 'cambio mi mente' since in Spanish they hardly ever personalize like we do in English for body parts so maybe 'my mind' would be like this too.

I'm a beginner too so maybe someone has more information.

Take a look at this link from when this was asked before on the forum.

When you are asking a question there is a little box with a search icon next to it. I jut typed in 'changed my mind' and many forum answers to this came up. Good luck.
