A las 6 de la mañana - At six o'clock in the morning

Mañana por la mañana - tomorrow morning

Por la manaña = in the morning = if time not known

de la manaña = por ejemplo a las diez de la manaña = when you know what time you are talking about. The same applies to la tarde and la noche

Llego a trabajo por la mañana... Translates as "i arrive at work in the morning" Llego a trabajo a las ocho de la mañana...translates as "i arrive at work at eight in the morning"

por la mañana is used for unknown times while de la mañana is used for specific times
