Is it possible to obtain the Spanish letter symbols on my British keyboard?

On the iMac I'm able to set my language preferences for the languages I want to use. There should be a similar feature for the PC.

A flag showing which language you are currently using is shown in the top menu bar. To change languages, click on the flag shown and a drop-down menu shows the other languages you have chosen in preferences. Choose the keyboard you want to use.

The "flag drop-down" menu also lets you open a "keyboard viewer" which open on the bottom of your desktop.
