I am trying to write "she hasn't washed her hair"

= No se ha lavado el cabello (o pelo)

This is a pronominal verb: lavarse used to indicate a reflexive action which is the reason you have the reflexive endings In this case, se which refers to ''her'' (the girl/woman doing the action to herself.)
