Can you make animal sounds in Spanish? For example - El perro ladra, el gato maulla, las gallinas pian, los ganzos graznan y las vacas mugen.

How about a little practice smile

How to play:

Click on newest

.

Name an animal - (in Spanish and English)

(if you can, name an animal that begins with the same letter as the last post or if you can't think of any more animals that start with that letter you can name an animal starting with the next letter in alphabetical order

.

Provide the sound that it makes (in Spanish and English)

.

Add a picture if you like smile

I'll start us off:

La abeja (bee)

Zumba (buzz)

(The next player should add another animal beginning with the letter 'a' until the the 'a's run out and then we can move on to 'b' etc smile

Hey what a coincidence we were just listening to an Australian aboriginal friend of ours last night playing the digeridoo :) Nice one, or aúlla = howl - Kiwi-Girl, Nov 30, 2011
and can you say - ladrido for the actually bark sound? - Kiwi-Girl, Nov 30, 2011
you know like we might say 'woof woof' lol :) - Kiwi-Girl, Nov 30, 2011
We tell babies: "los perros hacen guau-guau". I understand that dingos don't howl, they're supposed to have just a short bark. - Gekkosan, Nov 30, 2011
where did you get that from? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rahvZqRI2_I&feature=related - Kiwi-Girl, Nov 30, 2011
I stand corrected. Wikipedia lies. Good thing I didn't contribute any money after all! :-P (Kidding) - Gekkosan, Nov 30, 2011

oh I love that little guy, I want one! Too cute! I'm not sure that you say that elefants 'trumpet' in Spanish like we do in English (btw it'd be trompetEar) so you usually say barrita :) - Kiwi-Girl, Nov 30, 2011
