No, but I knew that the word tiempo can be used with both time and weather (and verb tense). I still thought that they were different contexts in Spanish, however.

some other contexts for tiempo in our dictionary

Not necesarily. Weather is "Clima" If I am asking What´s the weather over there? I will say. ¿Como está el clima por allá? But if I say, the weather forecast for today is... I´ll say "El estado del tiempo para hoy es..." I know it can be confusing but remember, you cannot translate word by word from language to language. There are so many things you need to learn them just the way they are and that´s it.
