SD Poll ► Are you "driving" if you are in the process of parking?
Okay, so a "friend" of mine posted a thread yesterday asking us to solve a Mystery Phrase.
In that thread, a member (who shall remain nameless, or nametaken, or whatever) asked:
....was your friend critiquing her driving skills? --Jen--
My "friend," the author of the game, then stated:
pues no...a ver, no estaba conduciendo
jeje - Heidita
W E L L, the answer turned out to be:
She parked so far from the curb she had to walk to get to it! --Jen--
So, my question is: If a person is parking isn't that considered part of "driving"?
Please keep in mind while you answer the following:
1) A cop will arrest you for "drunk driving" if you are totally bombed out of your mind while parking a car;
2) You need a drivers' license to park a car; and
3) your car is actually moving while parking, i.e., it doesn't simply float into the space.
P.s. The "best" and accepted answer will be the one that agrees with me.
