What does the expression "Cómo no" mean? I can only find "como si" in the dictionary, are they the same?

I agree with the others in it's meaning of "Why not?/Sure!/Of course!," but I would write it as "¿Cómo no?" in Spanish.

Why not? You can add this to your arsenal of agreement that includes claro, por supuesto

Sí como no is more common then just como no...and typically means why not.
