Concepts that weren't covered?

Hola a todos,

I just finished the last lesson of spanish 4 and am wondering if there are any grammar concepts you know of that weren't included in spanishdict's lessons. I was talking to a friend that is learning Spanish in college and when he started talking about the different types of si clauses, I realized that those were never covered. I understand that it is impossible for them to get to everything.

I would just like to make a list of additional grammar to look up that wasn't included in the 4 spanish courses here.

Gracias!

Have a look at the reference articles and the learning resources. Lots of things in there are not covered in the lessons and anything you're unsure about you can ask in the forum. Also, have a look through some of the games, there are lots of really helpful ones.

Here are two examples:

First conditional Second conditonal.

Welcome to the forum.

I'd suggest studying the words/clauses that require the subjunctive (aunque, no creo que, dudo que, etc.) and definitely the "si" clauses.

And this is the time that you need to dedicate yourself to listening comprehension. Download some podcasts (I like News in Slow Spanish) or get some CDs from the library with Spanish lessons.

!Buena suerte!

Also, there are games to practice what you've learned at http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=conditional - --Mariana--, Jun 24, 2011
