Hi, I was reading a spanish edition of a Disney Comics story, and it had this expression: "VAYA FRAUDE". Anyone knowing what does it mean? Thanks.

I just want to state, both fifuentesh (more formal) & heidita's (more informal) answers work. =) - DJ_Huero, Jun 13, 2011

@ Jeezle from Word Ref

vaya exclamación 1 (uso enfático) ¡vaya calor hace!, it's really hot! 2 (contrariedad) ¡vaya (hombre), ahora tendremos que empezar de nuevo!, oh no, now we have to start again (disgusto, ironía) ¡vaya con el niño modosito!, well! and he seems such a nice little boy!

and the ones in this dictionary are good too smile SD Vaya

Ah sweet yes then, I wonder how many words like that there are. - jeezzle, Jun 13, 2011
I was wondering if it was a bit like 'get outta here' but that wouldn't fit very well in the examples above lol - Kiwi-Girl, Jun 13, 2011

Hey guys, are you saying that "Vaya" can be used like "Qué" or "Menudo" here?

¡Qué mentira!

¡Menuda mentira!

¡Vaya mentira!

Así y punto? Gracias.
