Noches is both feminine and plural, so any adjective modifying it must also have a feminine form and be plural. (buenas)

And don't forget, it's:

Buenos días, for good morning.

Días is plural and masculine.

Buenas noches is correct for good evening or good night, even though it is plural and literally means "good nights."
