Gocika has it correct, I believe.
It might also be interpreted as:
There will be cheap stuff available; something you might say if you were having a "garage sale", for instance.

It's a question, so should be "Will there be cheap things?"
Correct me if my English is wrong.
(Re reading the post I notice the last ? is from the english question, not the spanish, so it's "There will be") sorry
