what does "de cuanto te aprecia" mean?

According to SpanishDict, "de cuanto te aprecia" is "How much I appreciated..." but isn't aprecia the third-person present form of apreciar? So wouldn't it be "How much he/she appreciates you"?

Where did you see it? If you are referring to a machine translation, that program is horrible with personal pronouns, especially when you are only entering a phrase or clause and not a complete sentence.

Yeah, from a machine translation. I misread the sentence and didn't realize that the editor noted [sic] after the aprecia so I assume it should be aprecio. - willikims, May 2, 2011
