The verb "banear"?
I see the verb " Banear - to ban " is not in the online dictionary. However, I see it used frequently.
Is it safe to assume the conjugation the same as regular "ar" verbs, like "desear"?
Thank you!

NO, it is not a verb, same as flagear, look at this funny thread jeje, they are just jokes, even though here we sometimes invent verbs which do not have a good translation
Banear is back-formed from English, and even though Spanish has plenty of verbs to express the same idea (more than 14), many natives have a poor vocabulary, so the borrowing is becoming so popular that it will probably become standard. Some alternatives include: expulsar, excluir, proscribir, expeler, echar, prohibir (la entrada/el acceso), relegar, vedar, exiliar, desterrar, retirar, deponer, recusar, segregar
It's not a recognized Spanish word, although it may be in use. You can add "ear" to pretty much any word and make "banear" "textear" etc... though grammarians may argue with you. They should conjugate normally.
