Hi everyone!

I work in a clinic. Can anyone please translate these phrases for me? These are phrases I use at work.

Thank you in advance! My patients would be gratefull smile

  1. Have you ever walked on a treadmill?
  2. Lie on your left side, with your left arm underneath your head.
  3. Push your bottom (rear end/butt) back towards the wall but shoulders toward me.
  4. Give us a good effort on the treadmill.
  5. Take long, slow steps.
  6. Take a short breath in.
  7. Let out a little air from your lungs.
  8. Your heart valves are functioning (or pumping) normally.
