What is the most common way to ask a person how their flight/ride/journey...etc was? ¿cómo fue tu viaje? Is this correct. How about in a formal way?

I'm not one hundred percent sure, but I would probably say ¿Como te fue el viaje? Or something along those lines. Here is an older post about this type of sentence.

But I imagine there are multiple possibilities. I think what you suggested is fine, too. And maybe to make it more formal, you could just say ¿Como fue su viaje?
