Need help translating for a sign I'm making

Question

I need two phrases translated into Spanish...

1) Attention Commercial Customers (Commercial refers to Commercial Lawn Mowing Companies) (used in the form of ME talking to my Commercial Mowing Customers)

2) Get a FREE loaner when yours breaks down (MY company will give you a free lawn mower to use while we fix your mower, with our Back Up Protection Program)

So far this is what I've come up with, but I'm not sure it's right

Atención Companias De Cortar Pasto

Prestamos otro maquina de cortar pasto, hasta arreglar la tuya.

HELP!

I think I would use "jardinería" as a more businesslike term than "grass cutters".

Have you noticed that our dictionary uses cortacésped for lawnmower. (easier to put on a sign than máquina de cortar pasto [unless you are trying to include powered hedge trimmers, edge trimmers [bordadora], etc.)

Prestamos otra máquina de cortar pasto, hasta arreglar la tuya.

hasta arreglar la tuya could be misinterpreted as "even fixing yours" rather than until. That's fine if that is what you wish to say, but your English version suggests using mientras (while fixing yours). [as does prestaremos]

(it seems that cotecésped can refer to either the (máquina de ~) or the person cutting the grass. Also noted googling that it is written as much as corte césped as the one word version. Cortecésped is not in the RAE dictionary.

I wouldn't use it unless the word is understood and used in your region, but if it is, it might save you some printing.
