Que no me salven
Title of a show is "Socorro, socorro, no me salven" wich I assume is "Help me, help me , don't save me......" with salven as a command, and that being some sort of play on words.
Also I see:
Que no me salven si no es contigo.
and wonder about "que no me salven" I think it means, I won't (can't) be saved if I'm not with you. (Only being with you can save me). Seems like no me salven is used fairly frequently if Google tells the truth. Gracias.
But I don't know.
Gracias.
Edit: another use I see on Google is like this : no me salvan ni esas!¡ (sorry it always put the ¡ at the end not in the middle where I want it) They don't even save me those! (Cookies I guess? can you save cookies you'd have to say guardar for cookies I think, without context I think cookies are what they are talking about).

"Socorro, socorro, no me salven"
Help, help, don't save me
This might be one of these reality things on TV.
Heidi already answered the title question.
Que no me salven si no es contigo
You're guess is pretty close, here: Literally: (Let them) not save me, unless it is with you. In other words, "I do not wish to be saved unless you're coming along with me".
¡no me salvan ni esas!
You're way off on this one. It actually means: "I cannot be saved, even by those" - whatever "those" are.
A clearer example of the same form: "I am as good as gone; there's no way out of this fix, not even Batman can save me! - ¡De esta no me salva ni Batman!
I think we may need more context.
Socorro, socorro, no me salven" which I assume is "Help me, help me , don't save me
That looks rather contradictory.
In our dictionary: salvar can have the meaning of "pass over", "exclude", "go over or around"
So the statement could be:
Help me, Help me, don't overlook me.
You second statement would make sense to me if it were a prayer (Jesus being the only path to salvation), so, again, more context needed.
The 3rd statement uses salvar in the context of excluding or excepting, in my opinion, but I can also see other possible meanings without more context.
