Mi meta primera es terminar el parte de escribiendo del cuaderno del internet de capitulo 6 de mi libro de texto. Estoy estudiando el secundo año de español de nivel universidad por estudio independente.
My first goal is to complete the writing portion of the online workbook for chapter 6 of my textbook. I am taking second year college spanish through independent study.

Aha! so here is the S D anonymous support group. It was only a matter of time before it has to be started.
My goal is to become fluent in (at least ) mexican spanish, for several reasons, I live in northern México and the sooner and better I learn the less my wife will scold me!
But that is not my sole reason,I enjoy living here and only a very few of my friends speak english. My desire to communicate well (if not perfectly ) supercedes all other reasons and purposes.
sigh Dad tells me I could become a Spanish Translator.
Another sigh I only got a "C" and a "D" last term for Spanish.
Another sigh I want to learn Spanish, but I need a teacher that will actually explain things to me and not talk to me like I am slow, lol, yes my teacher at school does do that.
Oh and hey, grin Kiwi is going to be my teacher! So ignore everything I just said there because now I can learn Spanish! Yipieeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ehehehe
Hello Happy, I too took un mes y pico from spanish too. But I went to Spain thinking I would practice a lot. But we did a tour of Cataluñya and a lot of locals spoke Catalá.....so not a ton of Castellano practice. Anyway, welcome back!
Today makes 67 straight days of studying Spanish, and everyone notices the improvement. Also, my Mexican friends seem to know what I'm doing, as they are politely correcting my mistakes.

Por fin terminé captitulo 8 en mi libro de texto y el cuaderno de internet. ¡Fue muy dificil! Estudié el subjuntivo en cláusulas adverbial con interdependencia en varios tiempos verbales.
Finally I finished chapter 8 in my textbook and online workbook. It was hard! I studied the subjunctive en adverbial clauses with interdependence in various verb tenses.

I am beginning Spanish lessons. I have only taken one lesson so far.
I am a travel agent, and specialize in Latin America. I would love to show people the respect of using their home language when I travel. My immediate goal is to learn enough Spanish to get around when I travel.
I am also a business management student. In the long term, I hope to take Spanish for Professionals and become fluent in Spanish so I am able to apply it in a business setting. . Gracias!
