Seguimos en contacto
I've just received an email from a Spanish colleague, who has written "Seguimos en contacto". I have used the translator, but it's not really helping me understand the context of the sentence. Seguimos is the nosotros preterite of Seguir which is To Follow.
So can anyone help me understand the meaning - currently I am thinking " We followed in contact" but that's not making sense.
Gracias
Alex

Let's stay in touch.
- to continue, to resume (reanudar)
Why not sigamos en contacto? (Let's keep in contact) see discussion below.
keep in touch, polite way to say See you on the way, , good bye see you forward ( i do not when, but in the future)
