It means, "What are you doing?" What I find problematical is the form in which you asked your question. Please remember that this is a Spanish and English learning site, and when you use spelling that is so bad and punctuation that is so non-existant, you run the real risk of not getting your question answered.

Next time, please take the time to make it look good, as we are taking our time to answer you. Thanks.

Also....What are you making? is a possible translation. - 0074b507, Feb 10, 2011
hey douchebag, if they knew how to punctuate spanish or "how to make it look good" they probably wouldn't need your tranaslation for such a simple phrase and it seems like you would have know that and that it just menas what's up - jazzblues7, Aug 14, 2013
or what's going on etc and byt he way it means what are you doing and by rhe way again i didnt punctuate this comment and im sure you knew what i meant - jazzblues7, Aug 14, 2013

This is not a tough one. It simply means "What are you doing?" "Que pasa?" means the same thing. This is how these phrases are used in everyday conversation.

Yes, puncuation is nice and a literal translation is as well. Spanish has a very loose translation to english and that is why it could also mean what up?, how's it going? what's happening and a bunch of other similar phrases.
