I did a google search and found it without any trouble. There is a Wikipedia entry all about it.
"Celito lindo" was one of the first songs I learned to play on the saxophone when i was a teen, I had often wondered what it meant. The best I can manage as a direct translation is "beautiful little sky" but as i recall the singer is referring to his "novia" so it would become "beautiful little heaven" as Dakie is saying.
I'm sure there is more to find on the net.
The song is Cielito lindo, and it means something like Cute little heaven, and I say "something like" because cielito is the diminutive for "cielo", and there are some diminutives in Spanish that can be translated and some others don't. On the other hand, I don't know if you use an affective word related to "heaven" in english but here Cielito is one of them.
