Ayudame por favor!!!!
Mi profesora de español explicó la idea de la patria chica en clase, pero no la entiendo. Y ahora tengo que escribir sobre esta idea. Por favor, en inglés o español, me ayude y explique la idea de la patria chica. Sé que es relacionado con nacionalismo, pero no sé nada más.

As far as I know, your country would be la patria grande and your hometown would be la patria chica. The place where you were born and you belong to, your mother land but in a local sense.
