Halowe'en is very much a US tradition, so it doesn't really quite exist in Spanish speaking countries.

There are similar celebrations, such as "Día de los Muertos" (Day of the Dead), which is particularly popular in Mexico.

Marketing has made it so that Hallowe'en is beginning to be known in other coutries, and in those cases people may call it Haloween (as in Puerto Rico), or Día de Brujas (witches day).
