Hola whaslett and welcome to the forum....
You might try "a los 12 años (de edad)"
If you try looking in the dictionary on this site under the word "at," you should be able to find a very similar answer. Alternatively, you could also try the online translator here to get at least one reasonable answer. For future reference, questions which can be answered easily by a quick trip to the dictionary will often go unanswered on the forum. Anyway, hope to see you around more often
