For the sake of completeness, I think it should be noted that "oreja"(f.) means outer ear, whilst "oído" (m.) means inner ear / the ear canal, or the sense of hearing.

It is mandatory that you use proper grammar/spelling/punctuation because there are people trying to learn English here. For one-word translations like this, use the dictionary.
