I have some text I got translated (not professionally). It states "The children explored..." It was translated exploron. This site says that is not a correct word, that explorar is to explore. But what is the past tense or "explored"?

Look for the preterite under the indicative box. You will need the third person plural, the last one listed, because the children are doing the exploring. - MacFadden, Jul 27, 2010
Unless of course you are talking about how they used to explore all the time. Then you'll need the imperfect. - MacFadden, Jul 27, 2010

The title of the question is different than the description of the question. - 0074b507, Jul 28, 2010
