The answer is: no. I guess you were not serious.
Nope, not happening.
If it's an incredibly simple computer programming language and the user has had significant experience with similar languages, then maybe.
NO! No, and no. You can memorize a number of rules, a great deal of vocabulary and a good deal of daily expressions. But unless "learn a language" means something entirely different to you than it does to me, learning a language takes at least 2 weeks.
I'm into 62 years of English and still learning it, 40 years of German and still learning it, and 4 months of Spanish ... and wish I had started that 61 years ago! Just to be on a par with some of these folk!
Learning a language goes so way beyond the vocabulary and the grammar rules. Ok, maybe 3 weeks.
Now, there is a way around this. At Templar University, Father Sarducci says:
You know, like in college you have to take a foreign language. Well, at the Five Minute University you can have your choice, any language you want you can take it. Say if you want to take Spanish, what I teach you is "¿Como está usted?" that means, "how are you", and the answer is "muy bien," means "very well." And believe me, if you took two years of college Spanish, five years after you are out of school "¿Como está usted?" and "muy bien" about all you're gonna remember.
So in my school that's all you learn. You see, you don't have to waste your time with conjugations and vocabulary, all that junk. You'll just forget it anyway, what's the difference.

It is possible if you have "memoria fotografica" and you use all the 168hours learning Spanish.Good luck mate.
Browse through the Reference section that contains articles on a few topics concerning Spanish grammar. Look at the 60 some odd lessons that are only an introduction to the Spanish language. Then draw you own conclusions.
For me it's not possible. But you can learn the basics like Hello, How are you?, Good Morning/Afternoo/Night, Goodbye, etc.
I've been studying spanish for a year now but it's not yet good, so a week isn't enough for me.
It depends on the definition of "learn". If "learn" means memorizing the phrases in a book along the lines of Spanish for travelers, yes it wold be possible.
However, if "learn" means really being able to communicate with people, probably not very well or in great detail.
Maybe there is the 'one in a million' person out there who is unbelievably gifted in language acquisition who could do it, but most people (even if they are extremely talented) would be hard pressed to come close.
Welcome to the forum! Don't let my answer discourage you. After all, a week will come and go by regardless of whether you have "learned" Spanish, so why not start learning now? Weeks turn into months, and months turn into years, and after a few months (or maybe years), you'll be able to have friends who don't speak English!
