JulianChivis hit the nail on the head, Desde luego is an idiomatic expression meaning "Of course". From a dictionary's standpoint "Therefore" is "por lo tanto". smile Hope this helps! wink

That's not correct - "desde luego" means "of course", definitely not "therefore" - crabcake, May 22, 2010

It seems odd that they would call it a noun, however.
