Necesito Ayudar a traducer este frase.

Si es que, por mucho glamour, diseños de los más prestigiosos modistas y horas y horas de maquillaje, aunque la mona se vista de seda mona se queda...

yo han sido capaz a traducir como que esta.

“If is that, for much glamor, designs of the most prestigious dressmakers and hours and hours of makup although the monkey dressed in silk is still…”

Or less literally I guess.

“And so it is for glamor, designs from the most prestigious fashin designers and hours upon hours of makeup, however a monkey dressed in silk is still…”

si tiene mas ideas, o sugerencias, da me los por favor.

You did great with your translation. Here are a few changes.

“If is that, for much glamor, designs of the most prestigious dressmakers and hours and hours of makeup, a monkey dressed in silk is still a monkey…”

If you look in the SpanishDict Phrasebook, you'll see that the expression means the same as "You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear."
