Since it's a different language I'd say you'd not exactly use "Whatever" translated in Spanish but something like- No me importa - It / He / Her / You(respect) is not important to me OR it could mean I don't care.

If you don't want to be rude and just want to use it in conversation like "Whatever the color is , let's move on " U can say "anyway" or " De Todos Modos / De Todas MAneras "
