Hola!
In my opinion, it would be "Quemé mi mano", however, I'm not the best at Spanish....But that's what I think it would be. If you need a translation for something in the future you can always use the translator if you want. It's usually accurate.

Though in English we say 'my hand,' Spanish uses 'el' or 'la' in front of body parts, because it is presumed that the part is your own, so it would be 'la mano' and not 'mi mano'. It sounds weird at first, I know. - MacFadden, Apr 21, 2010
