Proper names (Business names, peoples names, etc. usually are not translated unless their translation is well known (you could use Nueva York, but you wouldn't translate Washington. The same with names. Well known names Mary, John, Joe, Isabel, etc. could be translated to use in conversation, but I would not do it in a formal title.)
