Mi piel se reseca con rapidez. Me va muy mal con las picaduras de insectos.

picaduras > más común es decir "piquetes" (Méx.) - AntMexico, Mar 9, 2010

The first one should be "Mi piel se hace arida" I'm not sure if "seco" can be used there or not but you could probably use either. I believe "arida" is lacking moisture and seco is dry.

Mi piel se reseca fácilmente. or Se me reseca la piel fácilmente. or Se me reseca la piel con facilidad.

(These all assume you mean that your skins gets dry (as in dry and chapped) rather that it dries easily when you get out of the shower.)

That's kind of an awkward question, but...

Reacto mál a muerdos de insectos.

I don't completely know if this is accurate, and I cannot find "react" or "bite" on this site... So I went with how I say it.
