¿Y qué, si tu querías?

Means when you say to someone, "Hey you did that to me!" and then afterwards you didn't mind that happened ^^, so the other one says "What if you wanted?"

"Hey, you kissed me!" "¡Ey, me besaste!"

"What if you wanted?" "¿Y qué, si tu querías?"
